Good amenities(free coffee & chocolate), clean and comfortable rooms, but upstairs shower

What guests loved:

Good amenities, including free coffee and chocolate. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Areas for improvement:

The only inconvenience was that we had to go up to the second floor to shower.

Great location, very quiet but also central; comfortable bed; very clean; free coffee, tea and chocolate; I got upgraded to a better room
